Onboarding with Violet

Complex has partnered with Violet to create a seamless onboarding flow for any of the following Ecommerce tooling platforms:

Onboarding Checklist

Before you begin, ensure you have the following items ready.

We've created a checklist for you:

Have an email ready: If you don't already have a mailing list for your business, we recommend creating one. Otherwise, decide which email will serve as the login and point of contact for your Violet account.
Prepare tax and banking information: Have these handy and ready to set up your Stripe account, which is how you will receive payments. You can review Getting Paid with Violet for more information.
Review your store's onboarding flow in the corresponding dropdown below: During onboarding, you'll be prompted to enter your store's credentials, which enable communication with Violet. The process for obtaining these credentials may vary slightly depending on your eCommerce platform. To understand what to expect during our onboarding call, select your platform from the dropdown below Step 3.

Open the onboarding link our team sent you. This link will be shared with you during our call.
Create an account using an email address. We recommend using a mailing list email, so everyone on your team can easily manage the account.
Choose the platform hosting your store and follow the instructions. For detailed step-by-steps, please select your host platform from the drop downs below:

Prerequisites: You must have a minimum of the Venture plan to connect with Violet.
- Authenticate with Ecwid:
  - Select 'Continue' to be redirected to Ecwid's website in order to authenticate your store.
    - You'll be all set after authentication is complete!

Select your bank account's country and complete Stripe's onboarding for payout setup.
