If your current setup isn’t compatible with Complex’s standard integrations (Shopify, Magento, Wix, Salesforce, etc.), don’t worry—we can tailor a custom integration for whatever platform you are using.
We will need to connect your engineers with Violet's engineers, who will work directly with your team to create this custom integration. The process is broken down into three stages: Access, Integration, and Deployment.
The Complex team will support you every step of the way. Your team is primarily responsible for providing Complex and Violet with insight into your system. From there, Violet will handle the technical work, requiring minimal effort on your end.
Stage 1: Access
The first stage focuses on understanding how your platform functions. We will need to have a kickoff call with members from 1) Your Engineering team, 2) Complex's Engineering team, 3) Violet's Engineering team, and any other relevant team members (e.g., Project Managers or Operations).
We will need insight into how your API works, including the type of API and how it can be accessed. Additionally, we will have questions about your Product Catalog, Checkout, Orders, and Payments.
Don’t worry; we will provide these questions well before our kickoff call so you can have answers prepared.
Stage 2: Integration
Stage 2 is largely driven by the Violet team. They will create the necessary API integrations and provide regular progress updates. During this stage, your team will have minimal involvement.
Stage 3: Deployment
Once everything is tech-ready, we will proceed with deployment. We will onboard you to a staging/sandbox environment where you can test and become comfortable with the new system. The final step is going live, meaning you will be ready for integration into the production environment.
The Complex team will guide you through onboarding and setting up your payout account. Once complete, you will be fully integrated and will enjoy full access to the Complex Marketplace.
