As a part of the onboarding process with Shopify Collective, you will need to create a price list.
The price list is what will grant Complex access to your products and determine the amount we will owe you for products sold through our marketplace.
Checkpoint
Before you create a price list, please ensure you've completed the following:
- Installed the Shopify Collective sales channel.
- Enabled the Collective: Supplier sales channel on your desired products.
- Turn off the Discovery feature, if you have exclusive products or do not want your products discoverable to other merchants who use Shopify Collective.
How do I create a price list?
- From your Shopify admin, click on Settings > Apps and sales channels.
- Select Collective: Supplier from the Apps and sales channel page.
- Open the sales channel by clicking on Open sales channel.
- Within the Collective: Supplier sales channel, navigate to Price lists and select Create price list.
- Name your price list 'Complex'.
- Grant us access to your price list:
- Under Permissions, select Private access.
- Select COMPLEX as your Retailer.
- Configure your shipping rates. For more info, see this article.
- Enter a percentage in the Retailer margin section. This will be provided to you prior to your integration with Shopify Collective.
- Add products to your price list:
- Click Add products.
- Select the products you want to include.
- Click Done.
- Make your price list Active.
- Finally, click Save.
We will receive an email notification letting us know of your available products and we can immediately import and start selling your products.
FAQs
-
Your product information, including title, description, price, and variants, is automatically transferred to our store. We can modify all details except for the price, which remains as specified in your price list.
Imported information includes price, inventory, title, images, description, variants, vendor, product type, and cost price. Details like SKU, collections, tags, barcode, country of origin, HS code, compare-at price, and product discounts are not transferred.
-
Yes! Shopify Collective continuously syncs product price, cost price and inventory, but doesn't sync other imported product information.
After a customer buys your product through our store, your inventory is automatically updated.
To resync additional product details, remove the product(s) from your price list and re-add them.
-
If you remove products that you've previously already shared with us, the product will show as sold out on the Complex Shop.
It's important you email us at brandsupport@complex.com before removing any products from your price list.
