Shopify Collective is a platform designed to help brands like yours partner with Complex to expand your market reach. By joining, you can list your products on our webstore and reach our customer base effortlessly. The setup process is simple and straightforward!
Accept Our Invitation
Complex will send you an email invitation to join Shopify Collective. Open the email invitation and select 'Install Shopify Collective'.
Set Up Your Shipping Preferences
This can mirror the same shipping configurations you already have set up or you can set up a flat rate.
List Your Products for Sale
Select which products you want to list on Complex. You'll need to ensure the 'Collective (Supplier)' sales channel is enabled for all desired products.
Create and save a Price List that includes the retailer margin agreed upon with our team, desired products, and grant Complex retailer access.
Fulfill Your orders
You can process Shopify Collective orders just like any other orders in your Shopify. Please be sure to include handling time in your product descriptions and fulfill these orders within the specified timeframe.
Payment
In order to receive payments, you'll need to have Shopify Payments enabled.
Once an order is placed and payment is received, Shopify automatically calculates the amount owed to you and makes the transfer. This usually happens on a weekly basis.
You'll have access to financial reports that detail the transactions, payouts and any associated fees.
