Once you complete the onboarding process, you'll have access to your Violet Merchant Dashboard.
Here you'll have an overview of orders placed through Complex, published products, and Stripe payment account information.
Signing In
Sign in using the same email address that was used during the Violet Connect onboarding.
If you're not sure what email was used for onboarding, please contact our team at brandsupport@complex.com.
Navigating
There are three main sections to the Merchant Dashboard:
- Overview
- Bags
- Offers
Overview
This is your home page where you can see information about your store's connection status.
Bags
All orders that have been placed through your integrations with violet will live here. You can also view orders directly from your Ecommerce platform.
Offers
Products that have been synced into Violet from your ecommerce platform will show up here. You can select which offers (or products) you'd like to sell on Complex by publishing.
Violet honors configurations set up in your ecommerce platform. If a product is disabled, not for sale, out of stock, hidden or archived in your online store, it will not be available for purchase on Complex, despite an offer being published.
Account Settings
To access your account page, click on Violet User located in the bottom left corner and select Settings.
You can view your account information and manage your payout account. Navigate to Payments and click on Manage on Stripe to access your Stripe Connect Payouts dashboard.
From the Stripe Connect dashboard, you can manage your payout schedule and access all payments contributing to your payouts.
