Once you've discussed with our team which products will be featured on the Complex Shop, you will need to enable the Collective (Supplier) sales channel in Shopify for each product.
Before you select your products, you must have accepted our invitation to join Shopify Collective and configured your ship rates. For more information, please see Onboarding with Shopify Collective.
To enable the Collective (Supplier) sales channel, please follow these steps:
- Login to your Shopify store.
- From the left side menu navigation, select Products.
- Select the checkboxes next to each product you want to enable for Complex.
- Click on the ellipses symbol for More Actions and select Include in sales channels.
- Check the box next to Collective (Supplier) and select Include products to enable the sales channel for the selected products.
- You're all set! You can review your products to ensure that the sales channel has been successfully enabled by clicking into individual products and reviewing the Sales channels section.
